Inside the program
Part 1 never changes within an archetype — your main lifts progress consistently. Part 2 rotates, so the conditioning always surprises you.
One exercise per minute. Do your reps, rest for what remains. One timer. No complexity. 12–16 minutes that actually work.
Reps decrease week by week — weight goes up. Weeks 1–3 build the pattern. Weeks 7–8 test your strength ceiling.
Each session opens with a Stoic principle and closes with a reflection prompt. Train the mind in the same hour as the body.
